All classes are continuous; Full Service Members may join at any time. If no fee is listed, the program is free to Full Service Members and not available to Program Members.

Step Combo

This is a combination class that includes step aerobics, strength training, floor work, and flexibility.

Kick Boxing

This class is the new rage in cardio workouts. Come test your endurance, as well as your coordination, in this very intense workout.

6:15 p.m. – 7:15 p.m.

Power Pump

Complete athletic workout for the beginner, intermediate, and advanced participant simply by adding or removing weights. CAUTION: This class will change the shape of your body. No class on Tuesday, July 4.

Moderate to high intensity aerobics to burn maximum fat plus toning and flexibility.

Body Sculpt

This class is designed for serious muscle conditioning and toning. This class includes 15 minutes of cardiovascular exercise.

Saturday 9 a.m. – 9:45 a.m.

Boot Camp

Are you up to the challenge? Then take this class and you will experience an extended cardio workout that includes drills, weights, abdominal exercises, running, running, and running.

Saturday 10 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

Interval Training

Do a little of everything in three-minute intervals. Participate in something different and always fun.

Friday 8:30 a.m. – 9:45 a.m.

Therapeutic Yoga

Learn body alignment, range of motion, flexibility, balance, strength, rhythmic breathing, and relaxation techniques.

Stretch with Strength

Begin your day with a class that combines yoga, sports and dance conditioning, and exercise based on the works of the late Joseph H. Pilate. Increase your overall flexibility, development, and strength without bulk. Achieve muscle balance, improve your posture, and use breathing to create energy and relaxation.

Walk/Run Club

Do you enjoy walking/running? Come to our weekly meetings and enjoy walking/running in the park. This club enjoys special guest speakers, walk/run log, t-shirt, and more! There may be additional fees for special events.
