All aerobic classes are free to Full Service Members and Program Members can register monthly. Program Members’ fees are as follows:

Eye Opener Cycling

Start your day off right! This low impact, moderate to intense cardiovascular exercise is taught on specially designed Reebok cycles. Burns a large number of calories!

Step Combo

A mix of cardiovascular step workout with some high/low aerobics. Also includes warm-up, resistance training, abdominal work, and stretching. This is the true power lunch!

Step Class

Cardiovascular step workout. Warm-up, some resistance training, and stretching.

Body Blast

An all over muscular strength and toning class. Exercises are done with light & heavy weights, tubing, step and floor work to define the entire body.

PM Express Cycling

Cardio-Kickboxing

Intense cardiovascular workout that incorporates moves from boxing, karate, and martial arts. The latest rage in workouts!

Friday 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.

Boot Camp

You’ll be ready for the army after this high-energy workout that includes everything! Step, high/low, kickboxing, strength, toning and flexibility. Get it all!

Below the Belt

30 minutes of toning and strengthening for the hips, glutes and thighs. Targets that problem area.
