One hour of moderate intensity stepping.
Monday 8:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.
Butts and Gutts
Thirty minutes dedicated to the waist down.
Monday 9:35 a.m. – 10:05 a.m.
Forty-five minutes of doing cardio on the step with some abs and a cool down at the end.
Wednesday 8:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.
12:15 p.m. – 1 p.m.
Stretch and Tone
Sculpting and stretching of all muscle groups.
Monday 5:25 p.m. – 6:25 p.m.
Thursday 5:25 p.m. – 6:25 p.m.
A cross training class with 20 minutes of step and floor aerobics. It finishes with sculpting and a period to cool down.
Friday 8:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.
One total hour of your basic training with no show off type moves – just totally challenging cardio and resistance work.
Thursday 8:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.
Jump and Pump
30 minutes of floor aerobics and 30 minutes of sculpting and a cool down.
Tuesday 8:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.
A class that involves boxing, kickboxing, tae-bo, self-defense, karate, and polymeric moves.
Tuesday 12:15 p.m. – 1 p.m.
5:25 p.m. – 6:25 p.m.
Thursday 12:15 p.m. – 1 p.m.
6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Fat Burner & F.A.B.
One hour of moderate intensity stepping and working on flexibility, abdominals, and the back.
Friday 10 a.m. – 10:45 a.m.
Redefine those body parts with one hour of resistance work done with tubing, resistance balls, body bars, and free weights.
Wednesday 5:25 p.m. – 6:25 p.m.
