People with Arthritis Can Exercise – PACE

PACE is a community based, non-clinical program that involves group participation. While it includes activities to improve certain physical parameters such as endurance and joint mobility, the group exercise experience also encourages peer interaction and socialization.

Fee: Full Service Member: Free

Seniorcise

A cardio class of low impact on the floor.

Senior working on flexibility, abdominals, and back.

Senior Swing Time

A cardio class of just low impact on the floor.

Young Energetic Seniors (ages 50 and older)

Young Energetic Seniors – a club for seniors offering monthly events such as potluck lunches, casino trips, bonco games, tours, and much, much more.
